111-8-63-.20(3) Community Administration of Medications. Where the residents either are not capable of self- administration of medications or choose not to self-administer medications with assistance or supervision, the assisted living community must provide medication administration services to the residents in accordance with physicians' orders, the needs of the residents and these rules.
